Planning notes for event teams.

How much lead time do you need?

Three to four weeks is best for blank sourcing, artwork, logistics, and staffing. Rush activations may be possible when inventory and travel allow.

Do you travel nationwide?

Yes. We produce events across 48 states from our Orange County production base. Travel, freight, and crew logistics are itemized in the quote for events outside SoCal.

What do you need to build a quote?

Date, city, venue, expected guest count, event hours, item type, artwork direction, and whether guests choose from designs or receive a fixed design.

Can this work for executive / VIP events?

Yes. We keep the footprint clean, staff polished, signage simple, and production flow controlled for conferences, sales meetings, VIP gifting, and internal events.

What's included in the pricing?

Typical quotes include crew staffing, equipment, blank garments or goods, artwork setup, shipping, and day-of operation. Travel is itemized separately for events outside Southern California.

Can guests customize their own items?

Yes. We can set up choose-your-design stations where guests pick artwork, colors, or personalization options and watch their item get produced live.

How many guests can you handle per hour?

It depends on the method. Screen printing can typically handle 100–150+ pieces per hour with a full crew. DTF and heat press setups are faster per piece. We'll size the crew to your expected volume.

Do you provide the blank merchandise?

Yes. We source blanks from premium suppliers and handle sizing, color selection, and overruns. You can also supply your own blanks if preferred.
